Program Registration Procedure
You may register in in person, online or by mail. The Recreation office is open Monday– Friday 8am-4pm (except summer hours). A registration form must be properly filled out, signed and submitted with your payment and also when processing payments online(receipt must be attached). Refund Policy
There are NO REFUNDS on any of our programs except for the following:
Full refunds will be issued for any program cancelled by the Recreation Dept.
Refunds will be given for medical issues related to that activity when accompanied by a doctor’s note. A letter in writing must be provided at that time.
All Refunds are done by purchase orders and then checks will be mailed out. It takes three to five weeks to receive a refund. This procedure includes registrations paid by credit card.
Starting on June 7, 2021 Rock Spring Park Tennis Courts will be closed for maintenance until further notice. Thank you!
